🚚 Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
📦 Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Freight items (drums, totes, and bulk orders) may incur additional charges for residential delivery (e.g., $100 surcharge) if applicable. We will contact you if your order qualifies.
⏱️ Processing & Fulfillment Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

Orders ship from multiple fulfillment centers depending on product type and location (including ShipStation-managed inventory, ShipSquared, or legacy Flexport inventory).

You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your order is fulfilled.

Freight products are made to order and require manual scheduling.

After your order is placed, a team member will contact you to arrange the most cost-effective carrier.

We verify whether your address is residential or commercial to calculate accurate freight charges and avoid delivery issues.
📬 Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you don’t receive tracking information within a few days, contact us at info@gsplantfoods.com.
